So how does Your Filter Club work?

Your Filter Club is a smart and simple subscription service for home air filters.  Simply tell us how many air filters you need and how often you want them and we take care of the rest!

We deliver high quality air filters right to your front door, that way you never forget to change your air filters again. Once your air filters arrive you know it is time to replace them, now all that’s left is to recycle your old air filters!

Using Your Filter Club is the easiest way to start saving time and money, we provide high quality air filters at a price lower then your local big box stores!

How do I sign up?

Changing the air filters in your home has never been easier!

Simply visit www.YourFilterClub.com and click the Get Started button.

From there, you will be prompted to:

  • Choose the type of air filter you would like
  • Tell us how many air filters you need for your home
  • Select the size(s) that you will need
  • Tell us how often you would like your air filters delivered
  • Checkout

How often should I change my air filters?

Our air filters are designed to help you improve the air quality in your home and the best way to do this is by replacing your air filters as regularly as possible.

But how often is often enough?

We get this question quite often. Here are a few helpful tips:

  1. What type of floors do I have?  (Hard surface floors tend to allow dust and other stuff to accumulate where as carpet will absorb a lot of these different contaminants.)
  1. If you have pets especially those that shed we recommend replacement be more frequent.
  2. Do you suffer from allergies?  (If you suffer from seasonal allergies we recommend that you replace your air filters every 30 days.)

These are just a few things to consider when you are deciding how often you should have your air filters delivered.

What type of air filter should I use?

All of our air filters are designed to help you improve the air quality in your home. However we offer two types of air filters that are designed to accomplish different things.

How do coupon codes work?

Your Filter Club offers promotions primarily for first-time customers looking to try our service.

Only one promotion may be used per customer, and restrictions may apply. If you have any questions about our current promotions, you may visit our Facebook page or contact us via phone or e-mail.

Can I change the type of air filter I need?

Absolutely! Your household’s needs may change during your membership with FilterEasy, and changing your filter grade is simple.

  1. Log-in to your account
  2. Click the subscription button you’d like to edit.
  3. From here, you can change the air filter type that best fits your home and usage.
  4. Review your subscription settings and choose a new filter grade can update your filter grade.

Can I delay my next shipment or place a hold on my account?

Of course! Everyone at Your Filter Club understand things happen and change all of the time. If you’d like to delay your next shipment, or even place your account on hold for an extended time contact us and we are happy to help you.

How Do I Cancel/ Unsubscribe from My Subscription / Membership?

If you’d like to deactivate your account you can log into your account. We would love to hear from you before that happens, please contact our Member Experience team. Your Filter Club it is our goal to make your life simple and to ensure that our service is convenient, sustainable, and affordable for you. As an alternative to cancellation, here are a few adjustments you can make to your account in order to create a plan that caters to your home’s needs:

 

To change how often you receive filters:
  1. Log in to your account at YourFilterClub.com
  2. Click the subscription button you’d like to edit.
  3. From here, you can change how often you would like to receive your air filters. Sometimes our members may need to switch to longer intervals to avoid air filters stacking up.
  4. If you would like to have your filters delivered more often than every 3 months, please contact our Member Experience team at [email protected]

 

To choose a lower or higher filter quality:
  1. Log in to your account at YourFilterClub.com
  2. Click the subscription button you’d like to edit.
  3. From here, you can change the air filter type that best fits your home and usage.
  4. If you would like to switch to a custom air filter simply contact our Member Experience team at [email protected]
